what you need for two:
3 large zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch-thick slices 1/2 yellow onion, thinly cut
1 small clove of garlic, peeled and cut in half 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
what to do:
Pour the oil in a pan to warm up
Add and sauté the onion and garlic until bronze Discard the garlic
Add the zucchini and mix well with the onion Let them cook, at medium-low, in their own water Sprinkle with the desired salt and pepper Cook until zucchini reach the desired tenderness (between 10 and 15 minutes)
